Truflo Pumps’ pontoons deliver reliable floating pump platforms when land-based pumping solutions aren’t practical. Available in poly or steel construction, our engineered pontoon systems provide stable, compliant platforms built to handle the harshest conditions anywhere in the world.

All pontoons undergo buoyancy, displacement and stability assessments.  Hand, knee and kick rails are manufactured to Australian Standards, with complete safety equipment including life rings, nylon ropes and keeper eyes. Compartment inspection hatches enable easy maintenance and safety checks, while four-point lift capability allows safe deployment and retrieval using standard mining equipment.

Modular Walkway Systems: Truflo Pumps’ walkway systems provide secure, compliant access to pontoon installations. Available in 6-metre and 8-metre modular sections for flexible site configuration, they feature heavy-duty construction designed for mining equipment and personnel loads. Corrosion-resistant materials suit extended outdoor exposure, with integrated cable ladders available for smart cable management.
